  We were looking to purchase a commercial property in St Helens and it was a very difficult negotiation due to restrictions with the property. Kate at Harcourts St Helens was absolutely professional through the entire process and her committment to a positive outcome for both ourselves and the vendor was second to none.   would not recommend Doreen Jones at Harcourts as a property manager, after she managed it for several years, we began to feel like she was only working for the tenants and also lied to us about the tenants. We made a visit to Tasmania last December and we were very disappointed at the state it was in, as the property is listed for sale and we have had prospective buyers looking at the property, with them telling us it needs a lot of work done. If it was managed as well as we expected this would not have been allowed to happen.
